All products featured on our website are handpainted and handcrafted by me. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations from photographs shown. These variations are a testament to the authentic, handmade nature of our collection.
We strive to represent colors and details accurately, but variations may occur due to lighting, monitor settings, and the handmade nature of our pieces.
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or place limits on any order. Once you place an order and we confirm it, a binding contract is formed.
All orders must be placed through our website. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided during checkout.
We accept major payment methods as indicated on our checkout page. Payment must be received before your order is processed and shipped. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your account for the total purchase amount.
All prices are subject to applicable taxes and shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated separately and will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We offer Pan-India shipping. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and current order volume.

Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed. Our products are carefully handpainted for each customer, and we begin work immediately upon order confirmation.
Refunds are not provided except in cases where a product arrives damaged or broken. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.
In the event of a legitimate damage claim, we will either offer a replacement or provide a refund at our discretion.
Earthen Strings is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
